LUWU UTARA - Unceasing gratitude expressed by the residents of Kombakar Village, who are in North Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi, now residents can feel the bright lights.

 

"We, Kombaka villagers, are very grateful, now we can feel the brightness of the lights, while in previous years it was not like this, even cars could not enter, the happiness of  Kombaka Village was infinite," said the Head of Kombakar Village when meeting with Ministry ESDM representatives on Tuesday (18/12) in one of the houses of Kombaka Village residents, who installed Energy-Saving Solar Power Lights (LTSHE).

 

Kombakar Village is one of the recipient villages of Energy-Saving Solar Power Lights (LTSHE) in North Luwu District in 2018. For South Sulawesi Province, Energy-Saving Solar Power Lights (LTSHE) was distributed in 6 districts with a total allocation of 651 units. North Luwu Regency itself, there are 136 units spread in 2 sub-districts, namely Malangke District and West Malangke Subdistrict and spread in 2 villages, namely Benteng Village and Kombakar Village. The government has implemented the Energy-Saving Solar Power Lights (LTSHE) program in 16 provinces with the allocation of 172,853 units, and spent the state budget of 565 billion.

 

" Energy-Saving Solar Power Lights (LTSHE) is one of the programs of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources as a lighting and electricity energy solution that is focused on villages that are difficult to reach by PLN electricity network, with the spirit of building Indonesia from the periphery by strengthening the area within the framework of unity," said SKK Migas Deputy Planning, Jaffee Arizon Suardin during a work visit and symbolically handed over the Energy-Saving Solar Power Lights (LTSHE) unit to representatives of the Kombaka Village and Malengke Barat District communities.

Representatives of the Makengke Barat District community also expressed their gratitude to the Government, in this case the representatives of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources who were present at their village for their attendance and the assistance of the Energy-Saving Solar Power Lights (LTSHE) provided.,Total of Energy-Saving Solar Power Lights (LTSHE) is 99 units given to North Luwu Regency, were not only installed in homes, but also in several public facilities and houses of worship.
